Is it Hereditary? I remember it as if it was yesterday…the trembling legs, the pounding heartbeat, the sea of unrecognized faces, the strange classroom with its bright colors, and the cheerful, yet somehow forbidding teacher. The first day of school…mine, that is. Let’s just say it was sometime in the late ’60s. A different time, a less sophisticated age. Moms stayed home. Kids walked to school together.
