Coping with Social Anxiety

For those of us suffering from social anxiety on a daily basis, we tend to look for ways to cope with this debilitating disorder. The easiest way to deal with social anxiety is to avoid any situation which will bring upon all the embarrassing feelings and symptoms that come with this disorder.
