How to Handle a Panic Attack or an Anxiety Attack

Suddenly, it creeps up on you. You are suddenly panic-stricken at the idea that you will die one day. You think “What if someone breaks into the house and murders me tonight”. You start entertaining and believing the scariest thoughts, and you forget that all of them are highly remote. The most weirdest thing, is these thoughts visit your mind for no reason or cause. Along with the thoughts, you feel physically revved up, sweat, and feel a lump in your throat. You wonder what’s wrong and think about calling 9-1-1, but don’t. Nothing is really wrong and the panic
