Depression as an Inspiration for Writing

Beads of perspiration and chills congregate on my body’s surface as I listen to the sound of the less than modern faucet lay its droplets on the less than ample sink mat. All I can think about is that red book and how I can eventually fuse together all of that acquired knowledge and vocabulary that formed so easily in the minds of the great scholars like Shakespeare, Proust and Dickinson.
