Finding depression support groups near St. Petersburg that feel professional and productive is my goal. I’m looking for a space where we can discuss the biological roots of our symptoms and share what data-driven techniques are working. I’m interested in how neuro-counseling can be integrated into group discussions to help us all build more resilience.
