More Than the Baby Blues: Postpartum Depression

According to the center of Postpartum Depression, 80% of women will experience the “baby blues” after giving birth. One in approximately ten women will experience something more severe than the baby blues, they will suffer from postpartum depression. It is believed that postpartum depression (PPD) is caused by the inflations of hormones in the women’s body after they give birth. So, how to you know you have PPD or just the baby blues?
