Anxiety is the Product of Incongruence

Often It Is The Result Of Behavior Misalligned With The Value System Anxiety is the product of an incongruence. That is that beliefs or desires are at conflict with behavior or reality. Say I value family and I spent all my time at work I will have anxiety. It can sometimes be difficult to detect the incongruence. Most often is is the result of behavior that is misaligned with the value system. That is the conflict between stated belief and true beliefs. Incongruent thoughts and behaviors make one feel like and impostors. No matter how well studied, thoughts or behaviors
