Change your way of thinking. People who have social anxiety tend to jump to conclusions about people prematurely. They think everyone is judging them even though most of the time they’re wrong. You can change your way of thinking by actually getting to know some of these people instead of jumping to conclusions. Love yourself. Before you can have the confidence needed for social situations, you must find individual things about yourself that you are proud of. Make a list of things that you are good at and keep reminding yourself of these things each time you approach someone.
