Anxiety rears it’s ugly head in every aspect of life. It can show up at home, at work, at school, in relationships, everywhere! Anxiety is not only uncomfortable for the person experiencing it, but it is also extremely unhealthy. It can effect sleeping and eating patterns. It can also affect your blood pressure and heart rate. Anxiety is something that is always going to be present. Our world moves too quickly for anxiety to completely disappear.
