Coping with the Anxiety of a Down Economy

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, unemployment remained at 9.4% in 2010. This doesn’t include many others who settled for lower paying jobs, had to take part time jobs, and others still just completely gave up, and are out of the job market all together. The real estate market has not stablized in many parts of the country, and many people are still struggling to make their house payments. As a result, more houses are going for short sales or into foreclosures. Even the people not directly effected by job losses or are at risk for losing their home
