How to Conquer Dentist Anxiety

Look at the situation and understand what is causing you to be afraid. Most of the time, the only thing we know about scary situations is that it frightens us in some way. We never take the time to actually have an understanding of why it is scary. The first step is to look at the situation. See what it is that is causing you to have the phobia. Is it the sound of the drill? Maybe it’s the smell of the medicine. Perhaps, you are scared because of the unknown techniques that are being done to your precious teeth.
